On September 3-4, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy China International Trade Representative Wang Shouwen and Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan Yelgenov co-chaired the First Meeting of Ministerial Coordination Mechanism of China-Kazakhstan Khorgos International Border Cooperation Center in Khorgos, Xinjiang.
