On January 23, China International Trade Representative (full-ministerial rank) and Vice Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen held talks with Reinette Klever, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands in The Hague, the Netherlands.
